Bob Goodall – Executive Career Coach

For 3 years, Bob was Chairman of a publicly quoted, £500m turnover company, in Singapore.

At Ever Ready Group he held the post of Group Industrial Relations Manager, Personnel Director of Ever Ready BG, before becoming Managing Director, Components Division. He then joined Merck & Co Inc as Director, HR Planning & Development Europe before moving to Inchcape as Group HR Director prior to becoming Chairman, Inchcape Berhad.

As a result of this experience, he is extremely interested in the management of corporate change, which he now deals with on a consultancy basis.

David’s expertise lies in the areas of coaching, executive development, training management, business management, and the process of change and quality improvement in individuals and corporations.

At Tarmac plc, he was Head of Group Training & Development to 24,000 executives and staff. He is a director of a London property management company, and on a consultancy basis acts as Chief Executive of a prominent set of barristers’ chambers in Central London.

 

 

 

Elaine Drinkwater – Executive Career Coach

Janet is a skilled Executive Coach and a Senior Human Resources Professional successfully specialising in Interim Management assignments in large global organisations, having worked with Esso, GlaxoSmithKline, Lease Plan, Celltech and others.

She has worked in coaching since 1992 tutoring on Self-Marketing Programmes for Managers, undertaking individual Career Review counselling with senior executives and facilitating a wide range of development programmes. Joseph is an accomplished and highly successful Coach and Therapist.

He lectures and facilitates at Regents College, London and is a visiting tutor at Ruskin College, Oxford and Keeble University. His greatest accomplishments have come whilst working one-to-one with senior executives and board members, supporting the impact of organisational change and coaching for improved performance and development.

As a therapist Joseph has worked extensively with individuals suffering major loss and was selected to support survivors of the Hatfield national train crash as well as victims of the Twin Towers Disaster.

Heather is an award winning coach, valued for her plain talking and pragmatic style. She graduated with an engineering degree from Oxford and worked initially in supply chain and retail management. Heather subsequently worked for a major national, professional firm, designing and delivering coaching and management development programmes. Maria Bode – Executive Career Coach

Maria is an Occupational Psychologist specialising in coaching and career management. She has a Certificate in Coaching and is competent in the use of psychometric testing, accredited at level "A" and Intermediate level "B".

Maria has a background in banking, having worked for over ten years in various operational roles in Bancomer, part of the BBVA Group, a major bank in the City of London. She has worked with leading City institutions, as well as companies from the private and public sector. She is fluent in Spanish.
