Hugh Keachie – North of England
Hugh is a professional careers consultant with extensive experience gained over eighteen years of running businesses, including the running of two residential care homes. He has worked in a number of different sectors supporting people at various levels within the sponsoring companies. He is a strong team member who retains his individuality, an indicator of which is his range of bow ties.
As a professional facilitator and coach he flexes his style to reflect the needs of both the people and the situation they are in. These skills ensure that a strong partnership is built both with individuals and the sponsoring companies.
Hugh is a Magistrate and a qualified Family Mediator. He is also an assessor, on behalf of the Cabinet Office, for the new Customer Service Excellence Award.

Diana Jerman – North-West of England
Diana is a Client-focused Senior Career Coach, facilitating individual clients and groups, enabling them to manage change positively in the context of personal and organisational transition. She designed and recently delivered a training programme in "Supportive Listening Communication Skills" for a 3 year joint Research Project funded by the NHS, Liverpool University and Manchester University School of Psychological Science.
From 1988 to the present, Diana has managed Career Transition projects throughout the UK in both the public and private sectors.

Alison Kinloch – West of England
Initially training in healthcare management Alison then joined IBM as part of their Management Development team. Alison was seven years as Chairman of Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust.
Her passion for developing people continues and she coaches senior executives from a wide spectrum of backgrounds to develop and realise their potential. She also supports organisations in developing their staff in a number of different areas including leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and communications training as well as career counselling and interview coaching.

Julie Hopping – Midlands & Home Counties
Julie began her HR career in retailing with BHS, later moving to Unilever as a head office Training and Personnel Officer. In this generalist role, she assumed responsibility for recruitment and selection as well as training and development. She also provided redundancy counselling and support during a major reorganisation.
Since the end of 1996, Julie has worked as an independent consultant on a number of projects in both Prudential and Thomson Holidays including organisation change, managing candidate assessment centres and training line managers. She has carried out selection interviewing, for a number of blue chip companies.

Jackie Newman – South West of England
Jackie has twenty years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently as HR Director for Pfizer in the United States and Searle and Monsanto both in the United Kingdom and South Africa.
She has been a key player in a number of mergers and acquisitions and has experience in change management, benefits harmonisation, new site development and a site closure. She has established talent management and development programmes, designed competency frameworks and run both assessment and development centres in addition to her career coaching work.

Liz Edwards – North London & Midlands
Liz's involvement in people development started in food retailing. From there she moved to education and then consultancy. Since 1991 she has focused on career transition, coaching, and training and facilitation – in both the public and private sectors. Client organisations include housing groups, global publishing, the CPS and the Prison Service, retailing, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and the legal and insurance industries. She has worked with clients at all levels in organisations.
Liz has written books on interviewing and retailing, and develops course materials and manuals for workshops and training events.
