Alan Smith - Managing Consultant

Alan's career has centred around people, initially in banking where he was HR Director for UK & Europe and subsequently in the world of career counselling & coaching. With a successful track record working with clients at senior & executive level he is a strong believer in using his passion for supporting change to facilitate individual success for clients. He has worked with organisations across all spectrums of industry and has a reputation for generating extraordinary personal success for individuals and companies alike.

 

asa coaches and consultants are experienced in supporting individuals and groups who are experiencing change, be it

  • seeking new careers following redundancy or severance
  • developing new skills to support their success in new roles
  • reviewing options and making decisions at times of change
  • better self-understanding of marketability

We carefully select the coach/consultant for each project, matching skills, experience and personality to the individual or group we are supporting. Before being appointed to join the asa team our people are matched to profiles that have a proven track record of producing inspirational coaches.

Emma Gartside - Research & Information Specialist

Emma has a BA in Information & Library studies and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Library & Information Professionals. With a background in the Business Links & Regional Economic Development Agency she has supported people experiencing change with superlative personalised research and has designed and manages our web based research web site.

 


 

Brian Brooker - Client Services Manager

Brian has enjoyed a successful career in operations & organisational structure within the North American & British banking industry. He initiated major innovative business initiatives, including the management of the Visa card business of the Bank. He brings a wealth of project management and organisational skills to asa and heads up the management of our major projects liaising closely with all the contributors to ensure delivery to time and budget.

 


Ellie Moore (Office Manager) and Kathy McEntee (Administrator) at the reception desk of our office at Castle Hill House, Windsor. Ellie and Kathy are usually the first to greet our Corporate and Individual clients, and as such represent the voice and face of asa.
